Film Review

Image
We made some important changes and re-shot key clips after Lago assessed our film to better fit our aim and genre. In addition, we want to make our scenes more aligned with our angles. My group and I returned to the park. We wanted to re-shoot with more over-the-shoulder angels, so we did just that. We also had the chance to show Lago around and get his thoughts on the angels we're using in the movie. One of the scenes we re-shot was the one where the knife is discovered. For that part of the film, we made sure to include an over the shoulder angle to put the audience in the shoes of the victim and encourage them to sympathize with them. The actual filming procedure was not altered significantly. Lago, on the other hand, brought out several minor flaws in the editing process that I had missed when editing the film. I tweaked minor details like spelling problems in titles and the length of scene cuts. Aside from that, we're pleased with the end outcome.

Film Review

My group and I began our film review today, March 4th, 2022. My group and I invited a non-member of our group to critique our film. We wanted to know what he thought of the film and if there were any changes that needed to be made. So my group and I used my friend Lago to review our film. My group and I felt that he would be a great person to show because he enjoys films and has previously taken media studies. Today at school, we showed Lago the film. My friends and I adjusted all of the scenes in order and are confident that Iago will enjoy the film. Me and the rest of my group were eager to hear what he had to say. I was particularly interested in hearing his thoughts on the music, which I felt was excellent for the film. However, my group and I were not yet finished watching the video and required feedback on what we have already seen so far.      L ago thought the music was excellent, and the scene quality was excellent. Because iMovie has such high quality, my group and I h

Today is March 14th, and after school, my group and I filmed scenes 1-5. Today, my group and I spent about an hour at the park filming and producing good recordings. I was excited to begin recording the scenes after we were unable to do so the day before due to weather. Nick opening a door to a mystery was the first scene, which I recorded earlier today and only took about 15 seconds; it was primarily eye level and he made sure to appear confused about the mysterious things. Following this scene, I proceeded to the park with my friends to film the other scenes.Nick was headed towards the basketball court with the victim in this scene. This was a long-shot scene. Because people on the courts kept getting in the way, it took us approximately five minutes to get this scene properly. My group and I were also attempting to focus the camera. It was also quite windy, so my group and I had to retry a few times. The next scene took place at the basketball court, with Nick and the victim wonderi

So, I had planned to go film at a local park today, but it didn't work out. I got home, gathered my belongings, and was ready to go. I gathered all of our props, including costumes, a fake knife, and other items. But as soon as I stepped outside, it began to rain!! I waited about fifteen minutes for the rain to stop, but it didn't, so my group and I reached a deal. I made the decision to go to Nick's place, where we would be able to work inside. I began by putting the finishing touches on our script and outline. I also observed other films in our genre that have been similar to ours. We noticed a few key details, such as the usage of low perspectives throughout the film. Low angles are also employed to demonstrate the subject's might in these professional films, I noticed. I intended to use this in our film to demonstrate the kidnapper's power. After recording our opening sequence, I looked into some new editing tools. However, because the most of them required a s

Today is March 7th, and my group and I have been working on the music for our film. I've already begun the process of inserting music into the film that will work best for specific scenes. My group and I couldn't decide what music to put for the film at first. However, my group and I looked for different thrilling and defining music and picked the ones that we enjoyed the most. For the film, my group and I will use establishing music. And for the climax and significant events in my film, such as the kidnapper escaping and the vehicle driving away, I'll add thrilling music. The establishing music will play for 20-30 seconds in order to give the film a sense of purpose and to capture the audience's attention. For the scenes, my group and I will use a variety of exciting music. My group and I want to make sure the music is appropriate for the scenarios we're working on. I've already begun filming the scene that will fit the opening music. Because the park is our

Storyboard

Here is our storyboard, and everything that will be included in our film!! Sheet 1: To start off our film, Nick opens the door to a question, this question will make the audience wonder what he exactly is looking for, in which he is looking for a mysterious item. Something that connects the characters involved in a mysterious way. To capture this we will use many angles, like eyeline shots, and even some wide angle shots. Next, nick, and the victim will walk towards the basketball hoop, thinking that the mysterious item they are looking for is near there. This scene will require a long shot. As that scene concludes, The next will also primarily take place at the basketball hoop, as nick and the victim begin to question themselves on where exactly the eerie item is. Long shots will continue to be used, but also an over the shoulder shot, and eye level shots. Nick, and the victim begin to become concerned, as they believe they are being scammed, so they call the once again "myster
